Conductive Education of Orlando
The experience that shaped RVR’s commitment to community.
How it started
Joe and his wife entered a world they never expected after their son was born three months premature and later diagnosed with cerebral palsy. As they searched for support and programs, they realized the resources they needed didn’t exist locally.
So they helped build one.
What CECO became
What started as a small program serving six children has grown into an organization supporting hundreds of participants each year, with families traveling from around the world to be part of it.
why it matters
CECO changed how Joe thinks about leadership, success, and giving back. It became the personal story underneath one of RVR’s core beliefs: success should create a meaningful impact in the community.
How RVR supports the mission
RVR actively supports CECO through sponsorships, recruiting support, event participation, and ongoing leadership involvement.

CECO – Conductive Education Center of Orlando delivers innovative education and life-skills programmes for individuals with neurological motor disabilities, including cerebral palsy. Using conductive education, CECO combines physical, cognitive, and social development to help children and adults build independence, confidence, and lifelong learning skills.
