Alexis Matton

Alexis Matton is a results-driven professional with a focus on strategy and operations. She works with organizations to identify opportunities for growth, and develops practical solutions for clients that generate lasting value. She brings consulting experience across a variety of industries, supporting initiatives related to business operations, process optimization and technology adoption. Her work has included advising clients on AI readiness and implementation strategies, in addition to operational efficiency improvements. Alexis earned her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and holds a bachelor's degree in business and political science from Rollins College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also a member of Leadership Winter Park Class 36 and remains actively engaged in leadership and community development initiatives throughout Central Florida.
