Jessica Ruffin is a strategic marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience across B2B and B2C marketing, spanning technology, healthcare, financial services, SaaS, and professional services. She has helped organizations better understand their customers, sharpen positioning and messaging, bring products and solutions to market, and build marketing strategies that support sustainable growth.

Jessica currently leads Product & Solution Marketing at Lean Solutions Group, where she oversees positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement across the company’s portfolio of AI-enabled solutions and services.

As a Sr. Marketing Consultant with RVR Consulting Group, Jessica partners with founder-led and growth-stage businesses to identify what may be limiting growth and build the strategic marketing foundation needed to scale. Through RVR’s Strategic Marketing Framework, she helps leadership teams strengthen customer understanding, clarify positioning and messaging, and create greater focus around where and how to invest in marketing.
